I have now added the ability to filter out NSFW and you can also turn photos on and off which saves a LOT of bandwidth. They show as itty bitty but the full size image is downloaded so if you are working with limited bandwidth I highly suggest the no photos route.
Plans for tomorrow are to allow you to set the max number of votes a post can have to be returned. I will probably create another page that allows you to set a min vote count for those times you want to read rather than curate. Hopefully I will also be able to show the followers page some love.

If I may, I would suggest to format the post time with something a bit more readable. Personally I would have align the text to the left by default.. this centered layout makes it a bit harder to read.
And also add sorting on the column in the followers tab.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

I made the post time much more readable and useful. The layout of the posts is only temporary. I wanted to make sure I was sticking with Semantic-UI before I did too much ui design.
Sorting followers is coming. I need to do some more work on the backend of that page first.
