Every single crypto project is seeing reduced usage, less transactions, etc.

While I agree we are not outperforming the market at all and we should be concerned it is pretty much the state of all things crypto.

Sorry, I had to wait 2 days for my mana to recharge before posting a reply... so gay!

The thing is, that the price shouldn't be the reason Steemit succeeds or fails, if it was a good enough platform, people would still use it regardless of its price... wouldn't you agree?

I don't exactly agree...

The real world market didn't really need another platform and Steem is an experiment. Yes, I wish we had more appeal without the money element. But I wouldn't state it so simply... Real World Content simply does not earn without advertisements and data farming, so we are fighting through a new model and also with a decentralized community, so I expect growth to be awkward and clumsy.

Yup, pretty much this.
Also, one must remember that Bots and shit-post spam comprised the majority of those statistics shown right up there... Garbage posts don't pay, nothing really does right now, so a mass exodus of shit users isn't much to be concerned over.
