Happy Fathers Day

or

@yourhelper wishes all fathers in the house a happy fathers day. Young men who are would be fathers are also joined in this wishes.

I want to hear from all the fathers in the house on how they plan to celebrate or how they celebrated this with their families. I will want to know what fathers think about earmarking a day to celebrate them.

Do you think it is important to celebrate fathers in a particular day just as mothers are celebrated. Give reasons.

What is the thinking of the mothers in the house over father's day celebration? I want to see what our mothers have to say concerning this celebration.

If you have any reason why you think this celebration is not useful or not important, kindly state it.

A Poser

If you have an irresponsible father or husband will you celebrate him today? Be honest and candid. Thank you.

Happy Fathers day and the less irresponsible fathers out there the better. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. I spent the day with my wife and 2 children. We went and saw a movie, then spent the day playing outside.

My wife let me sleep in... It was nice of her, but we were almost late to church! Both she and our 8 month old daughter looked beautiful in there new outfits today. After church when went to the club with her family to celebrate her dad. Afterwards, I got to play volleyball with her brothers. For dinner, we took my father out to eat at a really nice steakhouse for dinner. Shrimp and Grits were amazing!!! It was my First Fathers Day today, and definitely one to remember! Thanks for asking, I Upvoted and Followed you!

Amazing!!!

Due to time zone difference it was a day ago for me. My kids gave me a card a day before and that prompted me to write a poem after many months.

In it I remnisce about my childhood and what it means to reconstruct it today. I published it here!

Beyond that we spent time watching a game of cricket and an animated movie followed by some fun "time out" sessions with kids.

All in all a day away from work and computer. To answer your question - yeah it is quite important to have such a day. Although they know they are loved, such a day lets the dads out there reconnect with kids more closely and gets them to realise what they mean to the kids.

Nice one indeed.

happy father's day

DAAAAAMN! @yourhelper you got that $150 TRAIL! NIIIICE! Reloaded this post page and was like whaaaAAAA???

Unfortunately, I live in a country where father's day is not celebrated. And maybe my father is irresponsible but he has sometimes some moments when he shows that he cares and I guess that's all I need.

@dobro88888888 Thanks for a nice post - a lot of cognitive

Hi @yourhelper, we was not home on Fathersday. We went to an ironman competion. So we as a family decided to postpone Fathersday. I have my elderly father now 76, my hubby 53 and my son 30, father of a 7 month old baby. So at this moment we have 3 generations of fathers in the house. So on Monday evening we made potjiekos (a meal prepared in a black iron pot on a outside fire) We pour a glass of wine and cheers to all the fathers in the house.
Will you please look at this article of mine: https://steemit.com/steemit/@hope777/steemit-is-not-the-same-as-facebook I am very grateful for @yourhelper work here on steemit. My one love and marriage blog got over 200 votes and I know that was with your help. Really appreciate it!

I'm not a father yet, but I appreciate the role that my father has palyed in my life thus far. He has inspired me, guided me and motivated me and shown me to have faith and confidence in my self. My 'father's day' post is also dedicated to him and to all the father's out there who selflessly guide us towards a better tomorrow. Their unconditional love is as special as a mother's love, yet unique in it's own way.

Great thoughts...Followed.

thank you very much @yourhelper. appreciate it! hope you like my blog.
