I think that's a great idea and I love how Steemit, and the crypto community in general, has so many people that think in a "success for the group" mentality, as opposed to the "indevidual". In the short term, selfishness is rewarded, but the "for the good of group" mentality will always benefit everyone much more in the end. I love seeing this mentality!
