I did try to contact someone on #steemitabuse-appeal, but seems like there is nobody acitve. Is it all dead and just cheetah itself monitoring everything?
Hi, i have plagiarised content before, i have learnt my mistakes, been away for a long time and i do want to come back to steemit. I understand i lost more then i have achieved, since im on steemit nearly from a beginning. I apologize for doing such things could i possibly get removed from blacklist? If possible then i will write a post about my mistakes and lessons learnt, and an apology to everyone. thx

What gives you the idea you're on a blacklist? Cheetah is just a bot created by another community member to assist with content curation.
