Nice! That armbar with the arm in the armpit id dangerous. Love the gogoplata too.

Going to have to limber up my hips some more to try that next class.

    @zekepickleman I actually tried all of them and they work, although the execution is not as smooth as on this video, the opponent always resists, which makes the move harder to apply without using some force to get the opponent in the correct position
