Currently the Venezuelan Educational Institutions are called to be constantly motivated to the transformations of the task in school management, enhancing the commitment of quality, promoting the understanding of criteria, which is needed in the process of teaching - learning planned, organized and innovative that look within your objectives the integral formation of the students, their needs, abilities, skills and potentialities. The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are part of the Integrating Hubs that make up the Bolivarian Education Curriculum (CBE), with the purpose of being used as a social focus and as a working tool for the management and appropriation of information.

The Canaima Educational Project constitutes a fundamental pillar in the construction of the new educational model, inclusive, democratic and is an important factor in the scope of technological independence, since the educational contents, applications and functions are fully developed in Free Software by Venezuelan professionals for promote the integral development of citizenship in correspondence with the aims and educational intentions.

Anecdotally, it can be said that the Canaima Educational Project is a technological tool to develop the teaching process in the students, it is a challenge for the Venezuelan educational system, which has weaknesses due to the lack of follow-up and control, since nothing is useful to deliver laptops to students and not to teach classes using them. Teachers must also be trained in the use and management of Canaimas computers, since it is worth to deliver the equipment and teachers are not given training on how to work with this technological learning tool, all these weaknesses and, among others, They have made this Canaima Educational Project not achieve the purpose for which it was created.

This project must be strengthened, since using the Canaimas laptops, allows to make the curricular contents more attractive, in addition to awakening the interest and motivation to learn the learners, because it is something new and innovative for them, which stimulates their senses with images, sounds, creative designs, and, therefore, it becomes something more attractive. If the teachers use Canaimas computers daily with the learners, they would allow them to innovate, create, awaken interest, concerns and disseminate what they learned through the laptop, as their purpose is to familiarize them with the use of computers as a tool that allow them the appropriation of reading, writing, mathematical logical thinking, the values ​​and contents of the subsystem of Primary Bolivarian Education, empowering them critical thinking - reflective and creativity. In addition, to contribute to the development of potentials by learning to learn, learn to create, learn to live and participate, learn to reflect and learn to value, allowing teachers and learners interaction with technological resources, that is the importance to promote its use in Venezuelan school management.

Teachers should be initially considered technological literacy, in order to familiarize them with new technologies, especially those of direct involvement in the area in question so that the student becomes a digital native from the very beginning. In fact, the use and management of Canaimas allow teachers to be more receptive to changes in the methodology, given that they are true thought tools that motivate to achieve the learners' learning, since they facilitate procedural action or methodological, the expression of values, emotions and communication of learners. As Gonzalez (2010) states "The Canaima Educational Project aims at transforming pedagogical practice with the breaking of paradigms in learning processes, advancing the educational transformation of Venezuela." (p.2)

In short, it can be said that the Canaima Educational Project in Venezuelan school management represents an innovative change, which came to improve the ways of teaching for a practical and dynamic, thus achieving a quality education where learners are fascinated to learn learn and can be achieved in them a significant learning. It should be noted that teachers must critically perceive the pedagogical practice and commitment to school and the innovative dynamics that are generated. It is learning itself and personal development itself that is sought when teaching, interacting with others through learning networks. Therefore, the Canaima Educational Project, is a technological tool that can be very valuable in current Venezuelan school management and that, if used well, it would favor the teaching - educating relationship and also use the digitized educational content of it, as they are. hypertexts, hypermedia, digital libraries, educational software, videos among others would help to promote research in the educational activities of the Venezuelan Educational System.
