Previously of this small series of useful tips, I showed you a tool I learned a long time ago as a student, to manage my time, which is a precise weekly schedule. Now that I work from home and I continue stuying, using it has become necessary to avoid procrastinating and having a realistic structure of my days to take better advantage of them.
I’ve already mentioned this technique should have a complement because I set up how much time I will dedicate to each activity but not specifically detailed goals to achieve during that time. I pointed out that during the mornings I would dedicate myself to Steemit, but this is very imprecise because I can be leaving comments, writing posts, reading, etc., and if we are not clear about what we need to do we can finish spinning around and inevitably focusing on something else. Without these clear goals, we can’t be productive.

Here is the complement that will help us to sit down to do what we need to have done, and is the habit of keeping an agenda. This personal organization tool is great because it is useful on many scales like everyday life, work or studying, we can also use it every time we go out to do groceries to try not to forget something important.
I personally use it for everything because my short-term memory has the storage capacity of a diskette and I usually find myself at the end of the day with 0% of my work done.
Creating your own agenda
I truly believe that "those who want to do something, finds the way" (of course on a realistic level). I mean that we should not put obstacles in our way like "I must buy a new notebook", "I must get a 2018 agenda and I’ve already lose half of it because we’re already in May", "It’s better for me leave it for the next year to starts from the beginning". This is not different from thinking diet should start on mondays or you need new clothes and go to the gym to exercise.
So, to keep a daily control of your activities, don’t need more than paper and pencil. If you have a notebook capable of fulfilling that function, it will be welcome, if you have a very nice agenda with a Mont Blanc pen, that’s ok, if you only have a napkin stolen from Arturo's, there is no problem. You just need to acquire the habit of writing the tasks you have to do by obligation or vocation.

If you follow or no a schedule, because you go to work every day you can have an agenda without problem. The important thing is writing what you need to have done when you starts your day. Here I show you an example of my agenda when I worked in an office and now that I work and study from.
At that moment, when I arrived at work and tuned in to what was supposed to be done that day, I wrote down everything and marked the completed tasks. I do the same now at home, after waking up and finish having breakfast, because I have a schedule, I write what I should do according to it, and also write below that the details to help me keep the focus exactly on what I need.
If you are somewhat forgetful or have many things in your head at the same time, that technique is for you. You can include each important fragment that you should not omit in any task so that the probabilities of failing and having to spend time correcting or starting over are less.

It is important that all the methods that we apply are oriented not only to be successful "regardless of the cost" but also to be healthy to enjoy the harvests of our dedication.
