Dear steemians. Today I want to share about Static Fluid Learning Using Props from Used Goods.

Physics learning will be fun if presented properly. As one of the exact lessons, Physics learning is required to be the student centered. Moreover, the physical characteristic of the material is more concrete. This requires contextual learning and is an investigation or observation of natural phenomena. It is known that physics characteristics are based on experimental observations and quantitative measurements. Thus, the use of learning by model or method of investigation such as experiment, demonstration, and inquiry is highly recommended.

One of the causes of less interest in Physics lessons at high school level is the pattern of applied learning teachers do not reflect Physics as an exact lesson.Many teachers who teach physics use conventional learning patterns where the atmosphere of learning more controlled by teachers. Some physics teachers are often more dominant in teaching Mathematics than Physics. This condition would increase the number of students who are less interested in physics. As one of the Physics teachers, the author avoids such acts as the above explanation.

In Physics learning, writers often use demonstration methods and experiments or practicum. For example in learning Static Fluid. Static Fluid Learning the author presents using demonstration methods and experiments in Physics laboratories. Often tools and practicum materials are not available or complete. The author is looking for other alternatives for static fluid learning to take place using demonstration methods and experiments. Not infrequently the authors take advantage of used goods in the school environment for learning can take place properly.

In the study of Static Fluid, this time, the authors used materials such as siring, rubber hose, water, and load. Siring is brought in by students whose parents are doctors or nurses. The other students carry a rubber hose. While water and load can be taken in the Physics laboratory. Utilizing the used goods, Static Fluid learning takes place in a pleasant atmosphere. The students were able to see the physical phenomena that occurred.

The students were able to analyze the phenomena in which using a small force capable of lifting large loads. This is due to the Static Fluid characteristic in a confined space which provides pressure in all directions equally. Consequently by giving a small force to a small siring, it is capable of lifting large loads on large sills. This phenomenon is used in the design of hydraulic jack.

The success of exposing the phenomenon scientifically using used goods very liked students. This is evident with the enthusiastic students after the phenomenon was revealed. Despite using secondhand goods, but able to uncover physical phenomena such as using the appropriate practicum equipment. Thus, students enjoy Physics based on the experience of learning experienced. It is also a promotion that Physics is not as difficult as has imagined so far. Students are also able to dismiss the issue that they have heard that Physics is not fun, a lot of mathematical formulas, and many counts. With this method the growing issue can be ignored. The facts show that the mathematical formula in revealing the physical phenomena can be proved using the practice method.
