The innovative and Creative teacher
Today's education requires new proposals for work. The teacher is always willing to investigate, investigate new strategies or work tools and then execute it or implement it in the classroom. Unfortunately not all teachers like to innovate or be creative, there are teachers who have remained in the ancient teachings, all school years always give the same objectives and we know that today is like that.
I urge and I call on all teachers or teachers to be innovative and creative to investigate new strategies or tools and materials to motivate one way or another to our students and thus achieve the result of good learning in children .
YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE AN INNOVATIVE AND CREATIVE TEACHER
- Look for quality material to impart a good and excellent class
- Seek to implement new changes for your students and get them to adapt to these new teaching strategies
- Be a positive teacher to become an innovative and creative teacher
- Do not be afraid of these new changes or work tools
- You must accept and learn from the bad
- Do not limit yourself always seek to investigate new solutions, try to consult with your colleagues about how good it is to apply new tools in the classroom.
- Be a generous teacher and collaborator so that in this way you can promote and build new knowledge and skills in students.
HOW TO APPLY INNOVATION OR CREATIVITY IN THE CLASSROOM
We must teach a class in the classroom, where not only the teacher explains the content, the idea of this is to catch the attention of students participate in a dynamic way, thus avoid any kind of distraction or boredom. It is there when we teachers become innovative and creative.
WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE INNOVATIVE AND CREATIVE TEACHER
The teacher offers his students new learning proposals where new educational systems can be built to encourage or motivate students, a good teacher has a vocation, is innovative, is creative, didactic, informs, is a collaborator has the virtue of get new learning results in the students. Remember not all teachers are innovative or creative, but your yes, to want is power.

It is true that some teachers are afraid of change. These are normally older teachers who are fining innovation to be challenging. At times other teachers work in impoverished communities where resources are lacking. They try their best but the support is simply not there. Innovation is required and long overdue in education. But partneships of stakeholders is needed to bring this to fruition.

The teacher has to be creative to encourage students to new changes in educational and original methods, creating a futuristic education and with our ideas and so the student has other ways and learning extrategia. I would like each teacher to look for new ideas for better education.
