Yesterday I had a terrible toothache. Not the intensity of pain was confusing, but the continuity and pulsation, and the pain was even radiating into my entire lower jaw. The culprit is a back grinder, that's a trouble source since my childhood. I was told to go to the dental duty office to pull it out and I would have no problem with it. I said: Nooo! If I already need tooth removal, oral surgery would be the best solution, not this rough intervention.
I also called my brother and told him my problem. He told me to chew clove! One piece of clove betveen two teeth, then go to bed. Well, I've tried it, and the miracle happened: I have no toothache any more!
Well, I'm very grateful to him, to myself and to this wonderful spice. So I collected the main beneficial effect of clove.

The beneficial effect of clove

Clove as a spice is known to everyone and can be found in most houses around Christmas. The pink, tiny buds are hand-sorted and dried until they reach the known color and texture.

  1. Anti-inflammatory
The eugenol compound in it is one of the most effective anti-inflammatory drugs. Experiments have shown that cloves also reduce stubborn inflammation by 15-30%. It contains flavonoids and antioxidants that also have a strong anti-inflammatory effect. Clove oil can be used for massage, but also as a compress, and soothes arthritis.

  2. Against toothache
Due to its anesthetic, soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, it effectively relieves toothache. Drop some clove oil onto a small cotton swab and wipe it on your sore, inflamed tooth. It also protects against infections. If you do not have clove oil, chew some cloves.

  3. To relieve nausea
Oil effectively reduces nausea during pregnancy. Take ten cloves, mix with some tamarind paste and water, then drink the mixture twice a day.

  4. Clove oil for skin irritation
Mix the clove oil with some olive oil. Effectively relieves the inconvenience of insect bites, burns caused by abrasions, pregnancy strips and swelling.

  5. For colds, respiratory infections
It relieves sore throat and reduces the symptoms of dry cough. Heat a cup of water, then add ten drops of clove oil and sweeten with a little honey. Take 2-3 times a day. If you don't have oil at home, you can make it from cloves. You can effectively relieve sinusitis as well!

  6. Refreshes the breath
Most of the mouth spray and rinse water are based on clove. It also refreshes breath and disinfects. Just chew some cloves, and you'll have a fresh breath.

  7. Improves digestion
It helps stomach function, improves digestion, but is also recommended for diarrhea, vomiting, and bloating. It effectively kills worms and parasites. However, clove oil can irritate the stomach, you'd rather drink it as a herbal tea.

  8. Aphrodisiac
It is also used as a sedative, but clove has also proved to be one of the most effective aphrodisiacs. And it prevents premature ejaculation.

  9. Against Stress
Mix a pinch of basil with 4-5 cloves, some cardamom and mint, and make a soothing tea. Consume daily, while evaporating clove oil.

  10. Against Diabetes
Some studies have shown that eugenol in cloves is effective in helping to lower blood sugar levels.

  11. Has anticancer effect
A study has shown that cloves are effective against lung cancer. For now, experiments on humans have not yet proved the results.

Plus one very important advice that enhances these beneficial effects: be grateful!

  • Be grateful to the Creator!
  • Be grateful to Mother-Nature!
  • Be grateful to yourself, your body and cells in your body!
  • Be grateful to your life!
