A Teacher 'Til The Very End --- My Daily Routine

Good day fellow steemians!

It has been a great day for me as always. A great day full of surprises and challenges.

Today, I am going to share to you my daily routine as a teacher.

Teaching is a very noble profession that shapes the character, caliber, and future of an individual. If the people remember me as a good teacher, that will be the biggest honour for me. ---A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

I always hear that teaching is one of the hardest profession, partly I agree with that opinion, partly not. There's a part of my mind that disagree maybe because I'm still young. And I really love to teach since I was a kid. Maybe because of the good things I've heard from my aunties and uncles. Yes! I've heard from them because teaching runs on our blood already. I already have more or less 20 aunties and uncles who chose teaching as their profession.

And today, I am going to share to you my daily routine when I'm in my cage ---school.

Early in the morning upon entering the classroom, I always see to it that my classroom is already conducive for learning by letting them clean and do their task. Aside from that, I always do this so that they will be responsible in the future and learn to follow and do their daily task.

My advisory class doing the activity of the day.

Earlier, since we are done with our topic I gave them an activity about PERCENTILES of Ungrouped Data where they need to write their solutions on a long bondpaper and I see to it that the bondpaper is clean and creatively done. I always remind my class to be organize because someday they will realize that having that personality is already an edge for them.

I am so happy seeing these students who are really determined to get the correct answer. And as their teacher, I am so proud for them because I know good future for them really awaits.

During my vacant time, I make my lesson plan. A lesson plan is the framework of our lesson where it serves as our guide. And we teachers are not allowed to teach if our lesson plan is not ready. It is a hassle in our part but if you are going to look at its positive side, it is really a big help for us teachers.

If you imagine that a lesson is like a JOURNEY, then the lesson plan is the MAP.

Mrs. Amistad, our Master Teacher in Mathematics

Every month, our master teacher will observe us. He will observe the way we deliver our lesson and the strategies we are using and how the students react. We sometimes feel nervous but if we already master the lesson, **WORRY NO MORE. **

Post-conference with her.

Right after our class, we immediately have our post-conference where she gave her technical assistance for us to be the best next. And I do appreciate this process, because even I am already a teacher I still need to learn from others.

Thank you and once again have a great day!

Hi, teaching is always a challenging job, but the rewards and satisfaction of doing your job well done and doing what you like to do pays off than whatever amount of money you get. I know that because I am a Teacher myself
