When a person chooses to be in the field of education, must have a vocation for it, a lot of patience, willingness, good values, time and heart. Parents should also be willing to offer time to their children, participate in different school activities, motivate them to develop some art or sport, and be always aware of everything related to the school: help them with their homework, be present in the delivery of grades, belong a parent committee, and create bonds of trust and help between parents and teachers. This relationship of trust becomes a key point to obtain positive results in the adequate development of children for their personal and intellectual growth.
The educational process is a common task, which as I mentioned earlier, starts in the family and continues in school, for this reason you need both to achieve good educational results, which will allow children in the future, have a normal life For this it is necessary to include ourselves in the lives of our children.
For there to be a connection between parents and teachers, there must be a meeting point, where both parties are integrated. Teachers have the responsibility in the first instance, to publicize the educational project of the institution, so that parents know how it works and how they can participate and be aware of it; as a second point, teachers should encourage environments of training, education and cooperation, in the same way parents, being interested in knowing the learning processes, will be more easily integrated into the school and therefore their children.

There are no excuses, now even technology facilitates communication between parents and teachers. In this regard, the school psychologist recommends using technology as a means of communication, since there are applications such as WhatsApp or social networks like Facebook that help in the interaction between family and school.

People tend to belive the education of our children relies exclusively on just either the kids' parents or their teachers. And we the results are not what expected, one party blames the other. More often than not have I seen a colleague trash talk a kid's home for their inefficiency to teach, and instead of trying to get involved to what's going on with their parents, they just don't care enough. The same happens with some parents as they just don't want anyone besides from them to get too directly involved in their children's education.
There must be collaboration among all who are involved in the development of a child. Just caring about their education is already enough at some point to make the difference.
