An Introduction to Quadrilaterals

Geometry starts with a point, then move forward by putting billions and billions of points side by side to make a line or line segment.

Then two lines intersect each other to make an angles. We can use three line segments to make a closed shape which is known as a triangle and triangle is the most basic polygon.

After learning about triangles we can start to consider about 4 line segments. What do we get if we use 4 line segments to make a polygon or to make a closed shape?

The shape we get, is known as a quadrilateral. A quadrilateral is a four sided shape with four vertices and four angles.

There are many types of quadrilaterals and we will learn about them one by one but for today's lesson just know about quadrilaterals!

thanks for training

@mukhtarilyas, through one point can make many lines, through one line can be made many fields @mathworksheets, today children learn to make lines and angles. the basic concept as a tool to solve problems in space geometry. so continuous learning today is applied for tomorrow. my partner is always my friend.

Thanks for your feedback my friend:))
