Rounding Numbers to Nearest Thousand - Using Mid Points

In this activity we will explore rounding the given numbers to nearest thousand. There are multiple strategies out there to be used while rounding numbers. One of them is using the mid-point as a guide to round-up or round-down to nearest thousand.

Thanks for your feedback @gautam. I didn't teach elementary grades that much but still have some exposure to elementary math when tutoring some of toddlers. Picked ideas there and now it's very easy to search the ideas online and pick the best ones.

@mukhtarilyas, also need to alert the @mathworksheets pack children, if on some operational times, rounding up at the end of the operation. Thanks for the worksheets.
