4TH GRADE MATH - WHAT ARE FACTORS OF A NUMBER?

in steemiteducation •  6 years ago  (edited)

Factors of a Given Number

Factors of a given number are the numbers which multiply together to make the given number. For example; if we multiply 2 and 3 we get 6; hence 2 and 3 are known as factors of 6. Also 6 is known as product or multiple of 2 and 3.

In this activity there are two pages on explanation on the factors. The goal of this lesson is to make all the kids in grade 4 understand the factors. Kids should be able to identify factors of one digit numbers once they read the lesson plan given in this post.
