Young learners are usually full of enthusiasm, interest and energy in learning. Teachers need to apply varieties of work in the classroom to meet the students’ learning the language in the classroom. But, there is little time available for teaching in a session. To deal with time, teachers need to plan their work in teaching to get a full enjoyment and maximum learning out of a lesson. So that, the lesson must be planned carefully that meet the goal of a lesson.

All good teachers are prepared to adapt their plans, and know that they have to be prepare for emergencies (Scott and Ytreberg)

Morever, these are some reasons why good teachers plan their work in teaching:

  1. Planning work make life much easier for teachers in the classroom.

  2. It can save time because teachers can adapt the plant for future use, they get quicker at preparing work with experience,
they become aware of how much time needs for activities and it is much quicker to check at what actually happened at the end of a lesson.

  3. Teachers know what they actually need for each lesson they teach.

  4. Teachers can more easy to balance their lesson.

  5. It can give teachers security and confidence which is passed on to the students.

  6. It allows teachers to use more of their energy and enthusiasm what they are doing in teaching, instead of worrying what to do next, or looking at new subject of teaching.

  7. Teachers sometimes can sit back and observe what’s going on, instead of planning activity in their heads.

  8. Students become more aware of how well-prepared the lessons are, and they like well-prepared lessons.

Long-term Planning
Long-term planning will take place either before or at the beginning of a lesson. Teacher cab design it even before their ever see the students. If it is possible, the teacher can discuss it wit other teachers using the same books or the series of the book to see what their aims, method and assessment in teaching.

Short-term Planning
If the long-term planning is done, it is not hard for teacher to design the short-term planning. Teachers may plan on one topic, the lessons for one unit in the book, or the lessons for one week. Usually, a short-term planning covers from three to ten lessons. The teacher can work together with other teacher who has the same level.

Lesson Planning
Lesson planning has to be done before every lesson. Unless you work with another teacher in the classroom, you should do it alone. The lesson is much easier if teachers have done the short-term plan. a lesson plan usually covers lesson that the teacher teach in the classroom.

They are obliged to do this. I simply didn’t like studying with many teachers. Then when I was writing papers I found research paper writing services, used https://ca.edubirdie.com/research-paper-writing-services for help. Teachers must engage students. Come up with interesting stories. This is their job after all.
