Hi Steemians,
As the saying goes; “He/ She who ceases to learn should cease teaching”. This thought is of great magnitude from my viewpoint as it is also true that learning ends at death. Though learning has been classified and stratified with agencies of learning for formal, informal and non-formal learning, it can not be concluded that valuable knowledge in any given situation must come progressively from these forms of learning. This can be supported furthermore with the fact that nobody on this planet has monopoly of knowledge for we can not have any stated dimension to show the limits of knowledge with its starting and end points as it is noted for its vast nature.
.
In respect to these thoughts, I think the experienced, the knowledgeable, the intelligent and even the wise should always be able to avail themselves to learn from either new fields of knowledge, innovations in knowledge already acquired and to learn even from those who are believed to be mediocrities in the realm of knowledge.
In the field of teaching for example, a hand-full of teachers often condemn seminars from the point of conception for its organization to its planning and execution counting on experience which certainly started in a more archaic period than this present age. Examples can be the change of the stages in the development of a lesson plan and the dynamism of teaching approaches like project pedagogy in today’s Cameroonian context.
I therefore attach an attestation on AGGROFORESTRY AND TREE DOMESTICATION obtained at MIFACIG RESOURCE CENTRE in NJINIKEJEM -BELO SUB DIVISION in 2006 after 5days of intensive training, an attestation on BOYO ICT PROJECT obtained in BELO in 2010 after 2days of training and a questionnaire on NATIONAL EDUCATION FORUM which I participated in the filling in BAMENDA in March 2019 to contribute with positive criticisms and proposals for reforms to set up a good curriculum for the ANGLOPHONE SUB SYSTEM OF EDUCATION in Cameroon.
Thanks
