Unique learning mode - Using hands and fingers to perform calculations (time, month, and angle)

Steemers, Science is a very useful thing for human life. And to get a science, we must go through a continuous process in other words in order to master a science we must learn it.

There are many ways and methods that a person can easily understand when learning. Basically learning or learning something is not so difficult to do if we use an easy and simple method. Like some easy tricks following:

#1. Determine the remaining time before sunset.

This can be done in a place that has a wide view so that the horizon line is clearly visible (on the beach for example).

Grab your fingers, and place your palms up to the sun like 'sitting' on your index finger. Now calculate the remaining number of fingers until it touches the horizon. Each finger represents the remaining time of approximately 15 minutes before sunset.

#2. Know the number of days in a month.

The trick with, clench hands, start counting the moon from the finger bulge. Each hill and valley represents the moon. If counting with one hand, once at the end, start again counting from the hill of the index finger.

If the moon is on a hill, it means having 31 days. If in the valley, then the number of days is 30 days or less.

#3. Count multiplication by finger

Nomori every finger in both your hands from the number 1 on the thumb of the left hand up to the number 10 on the right hand thumb. If you want to do multiplication 3 x 9 for example, bend your finger number 3 (middle finger of left hand).

Now notice the rest of the finger on the left of the bent finger is dozens, for this multiplication example the number of fingers on the left is 2 = 20
Then, the number of fingers on the right of the bent finger is the unit, meaning for the multiplication of 3 x 9, the number of right fingers is 7.
Now combine the number of tens 20 plus the unit number 7 = 20 + 7 = 27
So 3 x 9 = 27.

Bend the finger to 7, the value of tens is 6 = 60, and the unit value is 3. So 60 + 3 = 63. The result is 7 x 9 = 63.

#4. Calculating length.

If you need to estimate the length of something but there is no ruler near you, you can use your hand as a ruler. Based on the size of the average human hand, the distance between the thumb with the index finger if stretched is about 18 cm, and the distance between the thumb with the ring finger is stretched about 20 cm.

The constraint of this method is not really accurate because of the difference in the size of each person's hand. But it will be helpful to estimate size quickly.

#5. Know the degree of angle from the fingers.

The trick with, stretch your fingers as best as you can, use the sole as the base point of the angle to which you will calculate the slope. The little finger should be parallel to the palm of the hand: this means it has a 0 ° angle. The angle between the ring and other fingers is approximately 30 °, 45 °, and 60 °, respectively.

That's some easy tricks that you can apply in everyday life. It is said that these tricks have been used by the ancients in doing the calculations.
