[Algebra] Flipping with the Escalator

I have written about Flipping and the Escalator Trick. It is possible to combine the two. Here is an example done previously by the escalator only, but now re-done using a combination of Flipping and Escalator.

First, we flip both the left-hand side and the right-hand side together. Since we want x to be alone, we move the 4 up the escalator to the other side. Then, as usual, cancel and simplify. We get the answer x = 10.
