PM Modi will also meet Russian President Vladimir Putin for bilateral talks Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Uzbekistan's Samarkand to attend the two-day 22nd meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). PM Modi would be holding structured bilateral talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The SCO summit is set to deliberate on regional security challenges, boosting trade and energy supplies, among other issues.
