Hi @steemitmamas and supporters,

Welcome to another one of our curation posts, where we get to show off our fellow mamas' work. This week we are sharing from the #fiction-and-freewrite section of our discord channel. We have different share channels, and we take turns highlighting from different ones. Next week we will be curating from the #steemit section, so if you are a mama, make sure to post there! Any community posts, income reports, steemit how to's and tutorials, and anything "steemit" related is welcome.

But now, Our Fiction and Free - Writers

Our First Fiction Story is a SuperMama SuperHero

Written by @solarsupermama this story takes us on an everyday journey of an everyday mom. She fights through life's struggles, strives to find herself in better life situations, uses her everyday skills in amazing circumstances, and surrounds herself by people who love her and her children.

Even though this every day mom, does every day mom stuff, the way she does it reminds us that all mom's are super heroes in one way or another.

There's a twist though! Once you find yourself in the everydayness of this mom, you realize she is more James Bond than Betty Crocker.

Give this writer a visit and tell us all about how awesome it is in the comments.

Our second story shows the spirit of our community beautifully

Original Artwork by @artik you can see more art by reading the story

It's not the story itself that shows off our community spirit. It's that @kaerpediem wrote it alongside her daughter. She is a part of a writing community called: freewriters, and she chose her daughter as a writing partner.

The story leads you through a tail of two young women, told in a way that you can tell familial bonds are more important to the writers than anything else.

Our third feature, reminds us that the every day is interesting

"Write what you know." Is some of the best writing advice I have ever received, and here @iamjadaline shows us how rewarding, doing just that is. In a short five-minute-freewrite she is able to share that she grew up eating balanced meals and no snacks, that eating that way seems to be an odd thing to teenagers everywhere, that she is constantly having her children and husband on her mind, and that she takes steemit seriously enough to take the time to purchase props for it.

What?

Yes, she does all that in just a couple of minute read. She highlights the beauty of steemit, because our eco-system is so diverse, a simple picture of a bag of chips makes you ask: "Is that a sombrero?

Thank you for visiting us this week! See you soon.
