Week 2 Passed Of The Steemitoff Challenge - Down Another Week, Down Another Pound - A $10 MistakesteemCreated with Sketch.

Hey everyone,

So I was suppose to make this post last night. I did weigh myself to keep it fair and my size was 299, which means I am down one pound since the week before. The diet is not going badly. For example I went to the movies yesterday (you can probably guess which one by my name) and I didn't get movie popcorn. And man do I like movie theatre popcorn (who doesn't). Plus I didn't get one of those giant ass pops with it. I got nothing. But I need to start moving more. A lot more. I need to get a workout schedule going. The smart thing to do is go pure cardio so I will try to get that going more.

With this challenge the goal was to lose two pounds a week. And for each pound I do not lose it would cost me 10 steem that I would burn in a promotion. This was started when the price didn't shoot up like crazy so now it is costing me. But on the plus side it might actually make it pretty high on the promote page :p. I will be selling 10 steem after this post. Now I will have to keep my ass on track in case there is another price spike.

That is my week in diet news. I will only be posting this once a week. And I want to add if I gain weight I will not be paying more than 20 steem. Not that I plan on gaining weight but just in case :p.

Anyone else losing weight? Let me know in the comments

Here is the photo I took last night, I'm not sure why it kept taking blurry, that is why it is not my main photo that pops up beside my post.

Have a great night steemit

I am not yet dieting, but really need to. Last time at the docs, I was 313lbs. I hope to lose some during the summer!

You can do it, good time to walk in this weather.

Good luck! Getting in shape is a noble goal that I need to put more focus on as well.
Y'know, I see a lot of research mentioned that shows resistance training giving a lot more "bang for your buck" than pure cardio. I generally enjoy it more too, so I wouldn't dismiss it!
