I visited the Netherlands and Switzerland during September and October. My photographs come from this trip. I did delete the ho-hum photos that had my bicycle in them - I did cycle the entire circuit of the Netherlands as my form of transport. Instead I found photographs of waterborne transportation. I hope you like them.
Dokkum Days
The canals of the Netherlands still play a central role in transportation with many of the old wooden boats still working alongside their modern counterparts.
