Hello yummy! Pictured is Jamaican Jerk seasoned tilapia with two zucchini cakes. Tilapia was baked in the oven, while the cakes were gently fried up in a skillet with olive oil. Ingredients are simply grated zucchini, finely diced onions, egg, desired seasonings (we used salt, pepper, and a smidge of garlic), and bread crumbs. I usually use plain planko, but I was running low and had to ask a neighbor who had Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Turned out pretty tasty. Garnish is home grown chives.

Thanks. It was quite yummy. Not used to taking "good photos" of food. Plus this was merely with my phone as we await a new camera. Although, my honey @long-sliver is a cook in fancy restaurants and knows how to make photo quality food. He technically did the arrangement for me.
