Hey Steemians!
There's a little story behind my entry for the Steemitphotochallenge #45 - Celebrations.
As a Mobile Street Photographer, of course, I'm always on the lookout for an interesting capture. I was lucky to happen upon this young man celebrating Valentine's Day. After I took the shot, I went up to him and asked if he'd like a copy of the photo, which I don't always do, but feeling he was poised upon something big, I thought he might appreciate a record of the moment. In fact, he was getting ready to pop the question to his girlfriend! Here's to celebrations! And, to hoping she said YES!

This is a great photo. I love the serious man carrying a bouquet of balloons. No wonder he was serious....he was probably so nervous the poor thing! Great capture!

@jaymorebeet Thank you! Yeah, he was sweet and seemed very ernest and you're right, probably quite nervous. I wanted to stick for the happy ending around but street photography is already tricky so I wished him luck and scooted along!

This is amazing. It could be in a photo text book on composition. I should be entering the image fromt eh left, but the balloons are forcing me to the right, back down to the subjects face, the the flags are pointing me to the "stop here on red". The word red makes my brain look for the colour, and so back to the balloons and the cycle repeats. The leading lines all compliment each other and the verticals are all perfectly vertical. To get all this in a square format is very very impressive, nicely done.
