Rice porridge with pumpkin

Nutritious pumpkin vegetable is not only delicious to eat but also very beneficial for health. Still few people like to eat pumpkin vegetable.

But a pumpkin vegetable rich in vitamins, fiber, folate, potassium, copper and magnesium helps to overcome many problems of health. Here is a delicious recipe.

Ingredients


  • 250 g of pumpkin pulp;
  • 500 ml of milk;
  • salt to taste;
  • sugar to taste;
  • 100 g of white rice;
  • 1 tablespoon butter.

Cooking



Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Pour milk into a saucepan, add salt and sugar and put on medium heat.

Rinse the rice thoroughly. Once the milk begins to boil, put the pumpkin and rice in the pan. Stir, bring to a boil and reduce heat.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20–25 minutes. Stir and, if desired, remember the porridge with a spoon to chop the pumpkin.

Remove the porridge from the heat and leave it under the lid for 5 minutes. When serving, add a slice of oil.
