I present you from Italy a quick recipe for a genuine and fresh springtime theme dish.
The Ingredients are:
- Piadina Romagnola
- Mayonnaise
- Typical Raw Ham of Tuscany
- Cherry Tomato
I can guarantee that it is much better than it may seem ;)

Tuscany ham sounds really delicious too! And is that straight up mayo, or like a spicy garlic mayo?

the mayonnaise I used is the simple one but it is a sandwich that leaves very free, as for example, if I had it at home, I would have put the salad. Just as you can add the egg.
