Back with some leftovers
Vegan gyro
I started with packs of Chinese sauces leftover from delivery
Sauteed veggies left over from wraps
- local veggies - carrots - garlic scape - cucs - sorrel -
heat up pita on veggies
pull pita, add vegan mayo, tomato, onion 
dump your veggies and add pea shoots
The wraps were great, but got old. What better way to spice things up then combine two leftovers
looks good, love the left over packets of sauce being used! I do the same thing lol.
