I need a relatively simple website designed. I could probably do it myself given sufficient time, but i would like to have it done more quickly and less crappily than i could do it.
offering $5k in bitcoin or steem to get the basic site. Its basically an exchange market. The only functionality i need right now is the ability for users to register, log in, and post bids and asks, and the ability to match the bids against the asks. It doesnt need to be fancy and i dont need charts or graphs or anything like that. Also willing to consider a percentage of revenue for the site.
