Apple cider is quite known for it's many useful and healthy benefits may it be use for aiding weight loss or for salad garnishings.
Personally, I came up with my own home cooked bangus or Milkfish paksiw with the use of apple cider instead of the ordinary vinegar that is commonly used about.
Here's how I did it.
Prepare:
3 cloves of garlic(crushed)
1 medium sized ginger
1 big onion
3 siling labuyo
1 whole Milkfish cut into five
Put in the fish as well as the those prepared spices in a cooking pot. Add a pinch of salt, crushed black pepper and seasonings. Add in 2 tablespoons of apple cider. Let it cook. And serve hot.
So here it is, my very own home cooked bangus paksiw with apple cider vinegar. 😇
