Hello wonderful steemians, is another day of jolly.
Welcome to chef @lapb's kitchen. Here with another mouth watery delicacy. Well prepared meat sauce and fried yam. This is a well bended intercontinental dish.
Let's get down to it:
Condiments:
Groundnut oil
Fresh fish
Maggi
Grinded nutmeg
Curry leaf
Sliced onion
Fresh tomatoes(sliced)
Salt
Fresh pepper
spicy
Yam
These are the ingredients needed for the preparation. This dish takes about minutes to get done.
preparation:
We start by :
- place a pot on fire, add water and boil for about 60seconds
- Add sliced onion,salt,thyme,curry powder and mix spicy to tease. put the meat and per boil for about 3minutes.
Second procedure
-Peel the yam and slice it.
Place your fry pan on fire, add enough groundnut oil and allow for some seconds. Start to fry the yam and it will take about 35minutes (depending the quantity of yam peeled).
On getting done with the yam, Fix on the pot on fire and add a good quantity of groundnut in the pot.
Drain the water off the meat.
Add salt to the groundnut
-Add onion,sliced tomatoes mix with pepper,And allow it for about 5-6 minutes for the tomatoes to dry a bit.
-Add your spice and allow for some minutes as you keep sterling the tomatoes.
-Add water(both the one used while per boiling the meat).
-Add maggi and salt,for a taste and allow for next 10minutes
