Iftar recipe: fish polao

Everyday Iftar does not like the turnover, boots, bundia and the like. So occasionally food items need to be changed. So today's iftar can be kept in a different special recipe fish polao. Any other item can be made-
Materials

  1. Large fish one kilogram (without thorns)
  2. Basmati rice pound of pound
  3. Like salt amount.
  4. A cup of coconut milk.
  5. Yellow spoon, coriander powder, dried pepper powder one tablespoon.
  6. Onion Kochi, Garlic, Ginger and Onion Bread.
  7. Ghee two table spoons.
  8. All the cumin seeds, cardamom three, cinnamon, cloves three, dried pepper two.
  9. Water is needed as needed.
  10. Some lemon pieces.
    Method
    At first, take a fish without thorns and keep it with salt, turmeric powder. Heat the pan in the pan. Take out the marinated fish when ghee is hot. Sprinkle some onion khich with it, for dipping on polao. Now heat the pan in another pan. When the ghee is hot, add the cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Then lighten the onion and fry the brown brown powder. If onion light brown, cook for a cup of coconut milk with all spices. Now pour the pane on the basmati rice. Keep stirring If all the ingredients are mixed well then take the salt. Now cover the water for a while. Once the ingredients are cooked, sprinkle the fish over and cook for a little while. Get ready to serve while cooking. Sprinkle the grilled onion on top and place a few lemon pieces next to it. Now serve if iftar is time.
