Chicken Egg Roll Recipe

Ingredien

  • 1/2 kg of minced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Sufficient sesame oil
  • Insufficient salt
  • Enough flavoring cuisine
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 8 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 500 ml of water

Steps

  1. Make skin

  2. Beat the eggs then add the flour and put the water little by little while stirring evenly. The dough is made thin for easy skin.

  3. Heat a sticky griddle with oil, flatten the oil with a tissue.

  4. Insert the dilute dough into the pan. And lift it after it matures. And chill.

  5. Make stuffing.

  6. Stir the eggs and add salt and seasonings to taste. Then add the chopped chicken. Enter the sesame oil and stir until evenly distributed.

  7. Make chicken egg roll.

  8. Prepare the skin and put stuffing to taste.

  9. Roll chicken with skin.

  10. Wrap with aluminum foil.

  11. Steam for about 15 minutes. Then chill. Then cut into pieces according to taste. Cover the pieces with wheat flour.

  12. Then fry until golden.

  13. And ready to eat with sambal and mayonaise.
