Small Caps Continues To Sink, Why? Today They Are Down 3.3% Against BTC (Theta, TFUEL, Lunyr)

Small caps are struggling once again even though Bitcoin is up bigtime, in fact Bitcoin is up more than 5% and many smaller alts are down even against the US dollar.
