Today I will give the viewers my two cents about the subject of gold confiscation and also the banning of the ownership of private gold and whether both scenarios are a possibility today.

I will look back at what happened in the United States back in the early 1930s and what happened in the U.K. in the late 1960s and early 1970s as it pertains to the subject of confiscation and the banning of gold ownership.

My conclusion is that even though anything is possible when it comes to the government I still think owning gold and silver is a good way to protect one's savings in the current turbulent economic and political environment.
