Currently there are many queues in steemlike.
So, steemlike policy updated.

1. Request amount limit. ( -5%, over the max amout)

e.g. Location : 0.1 ~ 4 SBD, ±215%

Request amount	Rate	e.g.
~ Max	follow current rate	4 SBD * 215% = $8.6
Max ~	current rate - 5%	5 SBD * 210% = $10.5

2. Multiple requests limit. ( -2%, within 12 hours)

• Reduced by 2% if multiple requests are made within 12 hours.

Request time	Rate	e.g.
2018.06.05T07:00:00 (initial)	follow current rate	4 SBD * 215% = $8.6
2018.06.05T08:00:00 (after 1h)	current rate - 2%	4 SBD * 213% = $8.52
2018.06.05T09:00:00 (after 1h)	current rate - 4%	4 SBD * 211% = $8.44
2018.06.05T23:00:00 (after 14h)	follow current rate	4 SBD * 215% = $8.6

3. Add Rate for small SBD (+5%, 1 SBD or less)

e.g. Location : 0.1 ~ 4 SBD, ±215%

Request amount	Rate	e.g.
~ 1 SBD	follow current rate +5%	1 SBD * 220% = $2.2

4. Add Rate (+1~5%, by reputation)

e.g. Location : 0.1 ~ 4 SBD, ±215%

Reputation	Rate	e.g.
~ 25	follow current rate +5%	1 SBD * 220% = $2.2
~ 35	follow current rate +3%	1 SBD * 218% = $2.18
~ 45	follow current rate +1%	1 SBD * 216% = $2.16
