Setting Clear Intentions and Sticking With Them Can Help
Taking time each day to write a list of your intentions is one way to keep your eye on the prize so to speak.
I personally enjoy keeping a journal, as I find this not only helps me to keep track of my progress, but it acts as a sort of energy collector and generator if you will.
It has been my experience that writing down my intentions each day
in this journal builds a sort of momentum behind the scenes that supports me with keeping focused and staying true to that which I have set forth for myself. Since this has worked well for me, I thought it would be a good thing to share as it might also help others.
