I been seriously neglecting my Splinterlands play lately. But last night I decided to hit the battlefield to collect my daily. It took me more battles than I want to admit to completed. I flipped my rewards over and not much stood out..... All commons.

Its been a couple days since I played so the daily reset immediately on the fire splinter. I was debating if I wanted to collect another (I begrudgingly did so). 12 BATTLE's later and I was finished and it was time to flip those cards and low and behold a Furious Golden Chicken appeared.....

FURIOUS CHICKEN LORE

The chickens of the Splinterlands have had enough. For too long they have been kept in cages and pens. For too many generations their eggs have been made into omelettes, their breasts and thighs into nuggets, and their most pristine feathers into rather tacky jewelry. Under the brave leadership of a great hero known only as The Alpha Chicken, all chicken-kind is finally rising up against their oppressors. This uprising, all across the Splinterlands, is known as the Cluckening.

The Furious Chicken is one of the best cards in the deck. If you don't have one yet I highly recommend you get one ASAP. It cost 0 MANA to play and can be the difference between winning a match and losing one.

The Golden Furious Chicken is specifically useful as all gold cards earn extra DEC in Ranked matches and can be played in Gold Cards Only tournaments.

The Furious Chicken doesn't truly become Furious until Level 5 which takes the combined power of 21 regular Chickens or 4 golden Chickens. It gains one attack at Level 3 and non coincidentally that is the entry level for Gold cards.

Giveaway Time

In celebration of hitting this awesome card I'm going to giveaway the non gold version of it so if you don't have a chicken yet or if you would like an extra one simply leave a comment below telling me about your favorite Splinterlands card to be entered in the draw.

How I pick a winner

The timing of your entry will determine your raffle number. In seven days from this topics creation I will use a random number generator to pick a number. If the number that is picked is yours I will send you a non gold Chicken. I will also be using the #CC tag and because I hold some CC tokens anyone who comments below should get one dropped in their Steem-Engine wallet.

But we have "bad" news, since today. We share with you.

We have a to big using of the CC and not enought buyers of it.
Looks like this is not in balance to reward the sellers of CC.
This means, we are forced to increase the Limit for the using of the Service at next sunday again.
More than one week earlier we looked for... Negative Side is the speed of this changes. But i have no choice, if we would be keep the service up.

This is our only way, to hold the balance from buyed CC of the Hashtag users and selled ones from the mass of commented users we have every day in this early stadium of the project.

It looks like it works much better and be adapted faster, we thought at the start. This is creazy to see.

All the months for me i hoped a little bit, we do not have a chance to get just some users, becouse i did calculate the need beeing of this project false. But this was a wrong hope.
I underratet my own analytics of the usecase for a easy rewarding system of comments on the Steem Blockchain.

Let us hope, we do get the bigger investors see this too, and make a saver buy back market.

My best card is the one that make me win the current battle :D

I have won a lot of fights with Furious Chicken because it takes at least on hit before it goes down.

i believe that my favorite card so far is Ruler Of the Seas and i am happy because yesterday i won 2 from my daily quest

Congrats man. You are right Furious Chicken is indeed the most dangerous card. Imagine having a +2 armor by game rules on Furious chicken. It indeed can make a difference between winning or losing.

My favorite card is EXPLODING DWARF. He can lay waste to the enemy formations if left alive. A true serial killer.

The problem is that half the time I forget to use the chicken. The exploding dwarf is my favorite card too. In certain matches it seems like he single-handedly beats the other team. Sometimes I'll even use him in the first position for a risky thrill.

I suppose it could be useful in very unique situations. For example the summoners that give all cards +1 Health it would be possible for a monster with one attack to hit the Furious Chicken and then the Chicken attack back. There's some very unique situations in which it would be useful.

I guess in the end its a 0 MANA card so any stat increasing would have to be minimal. I don't plan on combining mine .... ...
