First of all I would like to thank those people who contribute daily to make @steemnova work better every day. I would like to contribute some ideas that could be included in the game in the future, the intention is to make the game more balanced and fun, remember that they are just my ideas and some of them may not be implemented or may not be suitable to be implemented for some reason that I may not know.
the Proposals
Level protection
This is the most important and urgent proposal for the growth of the @steemnova community. Generally when players reach a certain score and lose the "noob protection" they are constantly attacked in an abusive way by more powerful players, this makes the player become disappointed in steemnova and ends up leaving the game tired of being someone much stronger's farm, thinking that at low levels it is more difficult to accumulate resources and it becomes frustrating to lose them in hostile attacks.
A level protection, would be a limitation so that players in general are not able to attack another player who does not exceed 50% of their points, ie if in my statistics I add 100,000 points, the game would not allow me to attack another player who is below 50,000 points. I think it's a pretty loose limitation that still allows a pretty wide spectrum of people to attack and would help balance the universe a bit.
Login Rewards Calendar
steemnova would reward the daily participation in the game, each month a calendar is made with various prizes for players who enter the game several times in the month, for example when entering 3 days of the month you win 5 light hunters, on 7 days 5 heavy hunters, 3 cruises for connecting 15 days and 1 battle ship for connecting at least 25 days a month, these prizes could be resources instead of ships, but it should be something simple, that encourages participation in the game but does not create a large gap
Bounty planet
A planet with resources appears in a random location and a message with the coordinates is sent to each connected player, thus starting the race to see who comes first for the resources, this planet stays in position for a certain time and then disappears to appear again in a random time and location.
Space Olympics
I'm not totally clear on this idea, I'm just cooking it up but I wanted to share what I've thought so far. The idea is to create scheduled competitions where any player can participate regardless of their level within the game in equal condition with respect to others, with a certain number of ships and invalidating the value of the technologies in the event.
It would be necessary to create an Olympics planet, similar to the one of commerce or expedition, from where everyone could compete, relay races could be held, where the best coordinated team would win. King of the hill, the team that can hold the position with the most fleet at the moment the bell rings wins. Direct battles, where one team attacks and another defends, then they are relieved and in the end the team that makes the most destruction wins.
I know that the game still has bugs that need to be fixed and these implementations can be very difficult to achieve so think more about this idea as long term.

The login rewards would be cool, but we would have to make sure to not unbalance the game with it...
Sounds nice, but then again it's just a matter of time and not some sort of skill. But I think we could make something special...

Darth I don't think that kind of protection could be right implemented.
Imagine this scenario.
A new player creates his brand new world.
An old player send him 5 death stars.
As he has not any building he can attack you but, Ups! He is 50% lower than you, so you can not attack him.
I can imagine abuses like multiacount with noob protection always 50% below the media and suddenly one of them Top 1 (remember you can give your ships to lower players).
Noob protection is interesting, but coders should be very carefull.
