How much has playing SteemNova paid off?

Last February, I started playing SteemNova, which is a text-based space game. I posted about it back on Feb. 13, 2018.

I have had my ups and downs with game. Through all the attacks by individuals and other alliances and failed attacks by me, I've stuck through it. And, most of the members of Logic Force alliance have stuck to it as well. Because of the size of other alliances and how some of their members got a jump start or lucky help, I settled into the realization that we would probably stay at the number 3 ranking and never get any higher. Well, as any game that takes more than a few minutes to play, people drop out, things happen. And, an unbelievable thing happened to Logic Force. We climbed our way up from 4th place all the way to 1st place!

The best part of this, we are still growing our alliance. We even have a couple of new members who are staying active and look to be increasing their point numbers even more to help us push our lead higher.

So, it is time to look back and see if playing this game has paid off at all. Well, the only thing I have put into is time, so I'm not sure if the time I've spent building my empire can be calculated. That means, we can only look at the prizes award out by the @SteemNova account.

Steem Detective

According to Steem Detective, I have 49 entries from @SteemNova. The game didn't initially start paying out weekly shares. The first payment wasn't until April 2018. The amount of shares you get depends on your alliance ranking. And the number of points you have within your alliance.

So, I should see my weekly payout increase, if Logic Force remains in first place for the week.

Adding up all the transactions from @SteemNova, it looks like I have received the following:

2.456 SBD

0.552 STEEM

While that doesn't seem like a lot, it is more than I get on a lot of my posts.
