We went trough about 30 well known youtube crypto channels to see what expectations are out there for 2020. We were thinking of putting it into a table, but thinking it trough we don't see much purpose in that.
People simply do not know - including us. What stood out is that almost all channels see a bright future for Cardano and keep BAT in their lists. Most also believe in ETH keeping ground and improving.
All that is not new(s). Maybe the quants are right: just follow the charts. If that works for over 50% some profit is out there to be made! Hodlrs have a good case. It is likely marketcap will grow over time and with that rates. By now we see projects / companies giving interest on hodling.
As in previous years there is a lot of uncertainty, especially about what legislation and regulation will look like. We think it is safe to predict that this will not be clear by the end of 2020. As for adoption we also think that nothing exceptional will happen. Use is the only way to get really going. The market is still very small and would still be very small if it would grow 100%...
Many things will be decided in 2020, like Brexit and the US elections. Also the status quo is challenged in many countries across the world. Lots of people are waiting for the final calls on that. A lot of change is going on and nobody really knows what direction it will take. What is sure: things can change overnight without any announcement.
Internet is full with crisis predictions. The system as it is does not work for any other reason than that it is forced upon people. Crashes should have been there already if it was just about logic. We do not join the crisis expectations. We believe crises are triggered and planned - intentional. Meaning: you cannot predict them unless you sit in with the very few people that actually have enough power to trigger a crisis. We do not and therefore do not predict.
One of the biggest changes we see is that the elites/states are almost done grabbing pension money and savings from their populations, in the process turning what once was middle class to just a consumer class without rights. This process, replacing middle class for consumer class, started around 1989. We will explain that in another publication. Another serious development over the years is the war on cash. All value (all money) is locked in to the system and controlled with data. There are no real alternatives left and since the main values are already transferred (pensions, savings etc.) here is room for "reform". That will be an overnight top down action. Who claims to know the when and how already is probably wrong. There are different scenario's in which the deal can go down.
Instead of predicting we work on procedures, scenario's and speed. We do not see a golden path. Change is the most prominent factor in what happens now and in the years to come. The ability to act on this and act fast is what is called for. We do believe crypto offers a lot opportunity and part of it will flow into vested interest, increasing the stakes. Keep going, stay fit.
