It is my intention to skipped yesterday's report due to some other content is on the way, and I do not wish to post too much, or it may possibly annoy my upvoter for making too many junk post in a day. So I have combined yesterday and today all together.
Sunday morning were alright, but somehow the sun refused to rise. May be Sunday is just another lazy day that everyone should sleep in. Anyway, I have a interval run total 4.8km. As pointed out by my weight loss buddy @erikahfit, this time I spent more time in feeling my lungs, concentrate on my breathing technique and pacing myself into one breathing cycle for every two steps. But that still, I couldn't last more than 3km.
By the time I finishes the first interval, I literally stopped there and panting like an idiot. Forgive me my hand is shaky when I trying to take this picture. Am I doing it wrong? I'm not too sure. I'm so used to short burst run from my previous training, and this is a totally new thing to me by controlling my breathe. Anyway, I finishes the rest of the interval run at an even slower pace and taken even more rests than usual. Average performance dropped to 5km/hour.
Rewarding feels like commit crime
I needed something to comfort my poor soul after the morning workout, so I had a bread instead of wrap. It feels really good, and I added salad dressing, it tasted so much better than usual wrap. However, I kept on reminding myself, with the bread and extra salad dressing, this piece of similar nutrition value breakfast will bring 200kcal more than the wrap. - Crime #1 done.
Supposedly go to lunch with ex-girlfriend and her sister, and we ended up at the banana leaf rice shop. I really do not wish to eat rice, so I ordered two curry egg. And later, I saw the curry puff and vadir (salty and spicy doughnut), so I took them also. Egg 80kcal/piece, doughnut and puff atleast 400kcal. - Crime #2 done.
After lunch, we decided to go for a cup of coffee, but then ex-girlfriend decided to share a cup of drinks with me. I guess ice blended chocolate mousse is the heaviest crime one can commit, together with a slice of walnut cake. I am not familiar with coffee bean and tea leaf, I guess this is going around 1000kcal in total?! Crime #3 done.
Ginger and garlic steam fish with the family - Crime #4 done
Sweet sour pork with the family - Crime #5 done
Finally, a half plate of stir fried vege and another half is diced vege deep fried. Not so sinful on this one, but having more than enough for our body, is already a crim. - Crime #6 done.
Conclusion for 062
Moon is really pretty, I can even see how many holes on the surface with my own eye, but it doesn't work with my phone. So, this looks more like a piece of perfectly black cardboard, and someone put a white dot there. I don't usually feel guilty, but I've been consistently losing weight for the past few weeks, all of a sudden with this kind of indulgence, I literally feels like I committed serious crime.
Day #63 continued
Breakfast with fried noodle and egg
Ok. I lied. This is another part of the story, a cup of sweetened milk tea, calories is 200kcal. Crime continued #7
Lunch is curry eggplant, a portion of fried potato and some rice biscuits. With a glass of tea, off sugar, this is literally one of the best thing I can had around this area.
As I met a new friend @gingbabida today, the topic goes to this super star, one of very few authentic Filipino restaurant here in Kuala Lumpur region. Thought of going in for a quick meal, and it's not open.
Dinner was a little sad, some cucumber sliced, some roast pork and some BBQ pork. A very small portion that will make me look really sad. But hey, better than going to the waste despite it hardly fill my stomach.
Feeling healthier
I don't see myself anywhere near fit yet, but I feel a lot stronger compare to 2 months ago. Overall endurance increased. My bodyweight hasn't gone down since two weeks ago, the most reason week due to heavy travel and work arrangement, I hasn't been able to properly control my diet. I don't dare to weight myself just yet, who knows if I stand on the scale, if I find I'm heavier than before, I'd be really really sad.
This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.

Hahaha! 😂 I agree with you. I have the same problem too. I am trying to lose weight but because sometimes I am eating more than I can burn, then I am very slow in losing weight. 😢
