Back to workout routine, today's workout is full body workout. I don't remember have I share with you regarding my job situation, if I did not, then I'm telling you know there's tons of stress, and never in my life facing this kind of challenge just yet. Many from the corporate hierarchy above me either resigned, or for some reason they did not came back from office, and HR sent an email saying that person no longer with us. Let's put those behind and focus on the workout. It's my first diamond push up since I started training, they're not really tough to do for 10 reps, but I certainly feel the difference compare to normal push ups. Other than the push up interval, there's also another set of 15 burpees, and followed by another series of 10 burpees, 30 high knees, 20 jumping jacks, 10 jump squats, for two sets. Total workout time, only 24 minutes, but I already sweat a puddle on the floor.

Well, usually Tuesday we like to go to McDonald's for breakfast. We will make sure to get there before 6:30am, so we can quickly finish our food and be reaching school before 7:15. My breakfast is a double sausages muffin with egg(without muffin though). But, today's highlight is not my muffin without muffin. It's the boy's pancake that so hard, like a Frisbee disc. Take a look at his face.

This is an unusual lunch at my usual place. Shop owner were shocked as she saw my plate with a piece of fish. Mixed vege fried cili on the right is amazing. The tofu is really old school. Reminds me some 30 years ago when I discharged from hospital, I was staying with my grandma. This is the exact same version of tofu available. The fish is something unusual, as I don't normally take meat at the cafeteria. It is certain that anyone knows, meat price in Indian restaurant is totally not what we'd be expecting. My dish, together with the tea, set me back RM11.

I had a glass of dark coffee by about 4pm, due to really stressed at work. By the time I reached home was about 7pm, and I don't have any food at home. After the workout, I snatch a few piece of biscuits from the kids, followed by another cup of coffee made by ex-girlfriend. That was about it.
This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.

Indeed, I agree... hehehe, I am trying to loose what I gained last year... 10 kilos in a year is maybe exxagerated m but that is my biggest problem at the moment...

Well, it will be a problem to get started when body is too heavy. May be try to cut down on sugar first. Remove sweetness at all cost. Then slowly cut down on carbohydrates, particularly rice, noodle, bread. First 3 days is tough, but after a week of discipline diet, you'll be alright. Matter of fact, when you see bodyweight start to go down, this kind of diet will eventually become addictive. I did not start workout immediately when I decided to lose weight.
