Dlive - 3 simple Steps to start making money from your video

After I have successfully published a video to Dlive, I was caught by surprise that the same video was also published in my Steemit post.

I have outlined Three easy steps to publish a video to Dlive as follows:_

1) Open an account with Dlive with your Steemit Account

2) Upload a video from your computer

3) Complete the publishing steps to put your video live

With these three simple steps, let's go thru in details as the following procedures:-

1.1 Go to Dlive website at dlive.io

Once you are in dlive.io, a landing page will open and it appeared as the picture above. You can ignore the purple banner or click on the small x on the right top of the banner. What you want is to locate a signup button or text. So, you need to click on the 3 line menu on the top right of the page. And a menu will appear as below

then locate the login text on the left side menu and a login page with several options will appear.

Dlive has make a login very simple. You can either login as a steem Account or a Guest Account. Full feature of dlive will be available if you sign-in with Steemit account whereas there are some limitation of features with a Guest Account

For now, you will sign-in with your steemit account. So, click on the "steemconnect button" to sign-in with your steemit account.

Once you have clicked on the "Steemconnect button, it will take you to a SteemConnect authorization page. Go on and click on the blue "continue" button.Then you will be asked to confirm the steemit account you want to authorise. When you se your steemit name appear, click on it to move to next.

Then a sign-in page will appear. Make sure you get your steemit name correct and use your "private active key" as your password.

Once you have signed in with steemconnect, you will be lead to the dlive dashboard page. You will see a familiar page like in the beginning except that there is a avatar of yours since you have signed in with your account now.

Again, you need to locate a 3 line menu on top right of the page ( circled ) and click on it to open the your dashboard where you can see a side menu on the left of the page with different text.

At this stage, you will locate the "upload video" and click on it. The a simple to use video upload page appear.

Now, you have two options to upload your video.

1) click on the "upload" text or

2) "Drag and drop" your video in the box

When you clicked on the "upload" button, it will open up your file folder. From here, you need to click on the right folder to find your video to be upload to dlive. For the purpose of this tutorial, I will choose a mp4 file in my video folder.

Then you will click the the video file you wanted to upload. In this case, I clicked on the mp4 video file in this folder.

When your video file is upload to the dashboard, you may need to provide some "Video info" which is stated as option. However, a thumbnail is required. It is easy to fill up these information as it is quite straight forward and it is stated like a form.

The video information required are listed below:-

Your video will be live within minute and it is also published to your steemit account. Once you have submitted and the video is successfully published

And it will be publish a;most the same time in your Steemit account
