Writing as the founder of The Concrete Oasis Project, this Detroit-based nonprofit uses experience-driven projects to inspire youth & families to improve their lives and their environment using their head, heart and hands. We focus on workforce development solutions in electrical skilled trades work and engineering. We also focus on infrastructure renovation projects to keep small, public spaces: safe, secure, beautiful and sustainable, in urban and rural areas.
