We have been hearing the religious tales and epics from our grandparents for so long. But, I am sure that no one has told you about these mysterious temples. All these five mysterious temples i.e., Kedarnath, Kaleshwaram, Ekambareeswarar, Chidambaram, and Rameswaram. All these five temples were built in a vertical line from Jammu and Kashmir to Kanyakumari. More surprisingly, these temples were built around 1800 to 2000 years ago.
Here the question arises when these five temples were built around 1800 years ago. How were they built in a straight line without using modern techniques?
Not only this the amazing facts lies when all these five mysterious temples depict the five elements. The distance between Kedarnath and Rameswaram temple is 2338 km.
- The Thiruvanaikoil Temple symbolizes the water element. It is because it is situated on the banks of the river Kaveri. This temple is in Tamil Nadu.
- This temple is also in Tamil Nadu. On the top of the Tiruvannamalai Temple, there is huge firepit, which represents the fire element. There are intricately carved gopurams towers which raise the beauty of this temple.
3. This temple is in the state of Andhra Pradesh. This temple was built by the Pallava dynasty in the 5th century. In the Kalahasthi Temple, the twinkling of earthen lamps depicts the elements of air.
4. The sand piles of Kanchipuram Temple in Tamil Nadu depicts the element of Earth.
- This temple is also in Tamil Nadu and was built by the Chola dynasty in the 10th century. The incredible carvings done on the walls of the Chidambaram Temple simplifies the element of Sky.
All these are the Hindu Temples of Lord Shiva. And they have been made with a proper distance so that they could not affect the human body. But the unsolved mystery of these temples built in a vertical line still gives me goosebumps.
