SPS Proposal [Updated] - Class Action Lawsuit against Facebook, Google & Twitter's Crypto Ad Ban

Quick enquiry, is this still going ahead? In my personal opinion, I find this cause highly worthy; especially if it is announced and stated in the media that the lawsuit was 'Community Funded'. I think it will demonstrate the 'power of the people' within the realms of corporations seeking to abuse its members.

On another note however, with the advent of 'steemit' which pays content creators for their contents following 'voting' consensus (pardon me if I am getting this wrong); do we need to put much attention and effort on facebook? I am also of the opinion, that if we marketed the benefits of platforms like 'steemit', naturally creators would gravitate towards said platform making crypto very much an adopted form of currency and thereby encourage larger corporations to adopt same so not to be 'left behind'. Anybody thinking along the same lines as me?
