I've drifted out to left field, Thanks to a friend's recommendation and gave a Apple Cider a try.
Well, to say the least, I was Pleasantly Surprised.

There's a craft Cider brewer(?) up in Wisconsin that I got 6 bottles from a year back. They casked a few of their ciders in old champagne casks that were phenomenal! They had a higher ABV from 10 to 14% too.

Oh yeah, a ways up there, closer to that Cider I was talking about though. It was in Door County, I believe just north of Egg Harbor area.

It was Island Orchard in Ellison Bay. Saved all six bottles after we finished them!
