In case some of you don't know, I REALLY love Sauvignon Blanc. There's something about the light flavors being put together to make a very interesting refreshing drink.

I took a ride on the horse...the Dark Horse 2016 Sauvignon Blanc. They say, "age ain't nothin' but a number", and this wine proves just that! A very young wine, it is, but carries the character and boldness of an aged and mature wine.

While you ride the Dark Horse, this pale, yellow wine screams grapefruit and lime flavors. I tasted faint nuances of grass and papaya.

This wine easily pairs with your favorite sushi, grilled or smoked drunken chicken, or enchilada suizas. My ride was breathtaking and quenching. How will your ride be once you jump on the Dark Horse?
